All items at The Fix are small-batch produced and stored in climate-controlled environments. We use airtight, tamper-evident packaging and ship with expedited methods to ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure product quality and food safety standards are maintained during transit.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
